• Work through intricate business challenges within the cyber domain, identifying and articulating problem statements that drive effective solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and security needs.
• Create comprehensive user stories that capture the functional and non-functional requirements, facilitating clear communication between business and technical teams.
• Analyse and map business value flows to ensure that all processes and solutions deliver maximum value and efficiency.
• Conduct internal reviews to identify areas for process improvement, implementing changes that enhance our operational effectiveness and security posture.
• Lead workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders, gather insights, and drive consensus on business requirements and solutions.
• Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications and delivered on time.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
