QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience
• Communicate with clients to take briefs or present insights (need driven)
• Deliver on informative and well-organized deliverables
• Proactively seek opportunities to help team members by sharing knowledge and expanding skills
• Excellent analytical skills and should be a problem solver
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated, disciplined with a “can do” attitude and to follow up on obtaining data, information, or validations from the client.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Advanced English
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Proficiency in data pull and preparation in SQL
• Experience in exploratory Data Analysis for Modelling and Business Analysis using Python/Excel
• Experience on FMCG and/or Retail
• An eye for detail, quick learner and think out of the box
• Multi country / companies’ interactions with Decision Point team and the Client is daily
• Experience with Cloud Platforms is a plus
