Our Enterprise Capacity Planning teams are a key advantage for the company. They help our customer-facing teams make it easier for customers to do business with us. As a Sr. Enterprise Capacity Planning Analyst, you’ll monitor the customer experience and deliver actionable insights.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Essential qualifications for this role include knowledge and experience with SAP, CPQ, SFDC, advanced Excel, SQL query construction and maintenance, Genesys Cloud, Verint, generative AI, and data lakes (EDP). Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau, DOMO, and Power BI is also required. The role involves delivering data-driven insights and solutions to generate cost savings, reduce waste, and shorten lead times for product delivery and revenue generation. Additionally, it includes standardizing global reporting and establishing effective communication and relationships with global IES and GSS teams to support informed decision-making.
