Responsibilities:
The Information Security Office has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst within their Identity and Access Management Modeling and Analysis team. The Modeling and Analysis team is responsible for Identity Access and Management initiatives, collaborating with Business and IT partners, ensuring a secured environment for productivity, and protecting Enterprise Mobility’s critical data and systems through access governance. Your focus will include daily baseline operations, and leading strategic IAM initiatives as they relate to Identity and Access Management. You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed requirements.
- Analyzing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Creating detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and proposed solutions.
- Acting as a liaison between the business and IT, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Identifying, defining, and designing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions.
- Maintaining established service level agreements to manage customer expectations and quality standards.
- Coordinating and facilitating meetings to define key capabilities and requirements that will enable stakeholders to define business strategy.
- Performing task automation, implementing process improvements, and recommending enhancements that result in increased quality and service.
