We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Enterprise Risk and/or Credit Risk management to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our banking client to analyze and support the implementation of risk management strategies, ensuring they align with both business objectives and regulatory requirements.
SKILLS AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Enterprise Risk and/or Credit Risk management in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, credit risk models, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis, with experience using tools like SQL is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with risk management software and systems is an asset.
- Knowledge of banking industry regulations and compliance standards is a must

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Enterprise Risk and Credit Risk management.
- Analyze risk data and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that enhance risk management capabilities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of risk management initiatives, including data integration, reporting, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans to validate that risk management solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the organization’s risk management practices remain up-to-date and effective.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
