Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst who will be responsible for defining, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, while ensuring solutions align with Audit principles.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with a proven track record of successful project execution and stakeholder management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and documentation
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
• Understanding of change management processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business analysis tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

• Analyze complex situations, identify problems, and devise solutions
• Elicit and document business requirements, use cases, and process flows
• Gain a deep understanding of the product and business upon joining the team
• Clearly convey ideas, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders in writing and verbally
• Engage with stakeholders to effectively understand their needs and concerns
• Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and business environments
• Align business analysis with the strategic goals of the organization
• Anticipate future business needs and prepare for them in advance
• Develop a solid understanding of technical aspects of systems, processes, and technologies
