What You’ll Be Doing:
This individual will spearhead the requirements management for implementation projects across our client and Evolent organizations. By driving Evolent’s mission, they will play a pivotal role in delivering our value-based strategy with partners and contribute to dynamic initiatives that propel the growth of our department and team.

You’ll collaborate with IT, product, engineering and business stakeholders and external partners on one of our most innovative and exciting initiatives.
The Day-to-Day:
- Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners for functional enhancements and continuous improvements.
- Define requirements, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria for CMS and commercial programs.
- Facilitate communication between business/IT teams, developers, and external stakeholders.
- Identify, document, and analyze discrepancies in automated data reconciliation and disputed data.
- Document business and system requirements, maintaining standard templates for new enhancements.
- Develop and standardize solutions and workflows with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage client requirements independently, tracking completion and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Write BRDs independently for any domain function with minimal assistance.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to assist in writing the Business Requirement Document (BRD) for any given domain function with guidance.
- 1-3 years of IT and/or business experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in HMO/PPO Claims, Medicaid, Medicare, and/or managed care.
- Basic knowledge of the Affordable Care Act, HMO, and managed care principles including Medicaid and Medicare regulation.
- Familiarity with the System Design Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Basic understanding of EDI X12 structure and syntax rules; experience with 834 files is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to assist in root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
Technical Requirements:
We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $72,000 - $80,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts
