• Requirements gathering and analysis;
• Data Analysis and Reporting: collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns, develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations, provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes;
• Process Improvement: evaluate business processes and recommend improvements. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes;
• Project Management: manage and coordinate projects from initiation to completion, on time, within scope and budget. communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders;
• Stakeholder Collaboration: facilitate meetings and workshops to drive consensus and resolve conflicts. Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
• Documentation: create detailed documentation including business cases, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. Maintain documentation standards and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Training and Support: provide training and support to users on new systems and processes.
