Introduction
In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Businnes Analyst, you excel at gathering requirements from various stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and product demonstrations.
- You create clear documentation with detailed requirements and acceptance criteria. You can categorize global stakeholders’ requirements into “essential” and “optional,” maintaining the integrity of the global standard.
- You refine stories for the development team, ensuring they align with the Product Owner’s objectives for the product and its processes. You are adept at simplifying complex solutions and processes, presenting them clearly to international stakeholders.
- Your proactive, positive, and solution-oriented mindset, combined with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, allows you to manage multiple projects effectively.
- You have excellent planning and organizational abilities and can communicate your insights and ideas effectively.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- A broad experience with the IT-landscape, ideally in the financial sector
- At least 3 years of experience in similar function
- Fluent in English and Dutch language
- Relevant experience with Agile, Scrum, Lean, DevOps, and SAFE
- You have a bird’s-eye perspective, allowing you to oversee a broad area and understand the implications of specific design decisions
- You’re a strong communicator, capable of interacting effectively with senior management, business experts, developers, and other team members
- Your writing skills are excellent; you can document your approach, test results, and conclusions with supporting arguments and evidence, meeting the standards required for compliance, audit, or external review
