Harvey Norman’s Information Technology Department’s core focus is to deliver innovative IT solutions by delivering crucial projects to achieve the strategic goals of the business.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Business Analyst Manager and based on-site at Homebush West, you will collaborate with internal business stakeholders and the IT team to develop business cases that align with company standards and secure senior stakeholder endorsement. You will also contribute to key project deliverables within the project delivery framework, including business cases, solution concept designs, and training documentation.
Responsibilities include;
- Delivering comprehensive business requirements and analysis, as well as planning and managing the user acceptance testing stage of projects.
- Modelling current and future processes, and documenting business requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements.
- Managing and supporting business user acceptance testing activities, including documenting business test scenarios.
- Developing and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships to drive high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Contributing to continuous improvement in business analysis methodology, including processes, tools, and templates.
- Guiding the development of necessary documentation to assist team members in understanding business outcomes.
- Contributing to the development of transition materials to transfer business and system knowledge to the production support team.
- Providing process and functional knowledge to support pilot-period activities, such as end-user support.
