The Basware Business Analyst role is primary focused on deployment of Basware PtP and Basware Network as a global business platform for vendor invoice management and invoice receipt in the Operating companies.
The Basware Business Analyst supports the deployment of the Basware solution from the business side as a subject matter expert.
Your daily tasks will include:
- understanding, articulating and implementing the global standard processes and controls related to the supplier invoicing processes
- leading business impact workshops, while explaining the global template solution of Basware to the business and identify process and system differences among As Is and To Be state
- supporting the business with defining business actions, technology solutions and their aligning with different stakeholders
- ensuring teams are equipped with relevant knowledge (training delivery) and support to effectively resolve issues and produce desired outcome
- supporting User Acceptance Test (UAT) and participating in the cutover to the new system
- supporting Project Manager with successful delivery of deployment outputs during all deployment stages
- ensuring Hypercare support.
You are a good match if you have:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance or other related studies
- excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people
- ability to work independently as well as within a team environment and deliver within agreed deadlines
- 3+ years of experience and good expertise with Invoice Receipt and Invoice processes and solutions
- understanding of end-to-end PtP processes.
- fluent English
You’re a perfect match if you also have:
- Shared Services experience
- Knowledge of project Management methodology (e.g. P3M, Prince, Agile)
- Experience and good expertise with Basware Invoice Management.
