• Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct interviews and lead workshops to understand both the current and target states, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements that are crucial for achieving specific business outcomes. Translate these into features, epics, and stories that the technology team can effectively implement.
• Backlog Management: Collaborate with the team to refine the backlog, prioritizing and estimating tasks to maximize value delivery. Ensure all features and stories align with the overarching business value.
• Non-Technology Solutions: Develop requirements not just for technology, but also for non-tech components such as business operating models and process solutions that will support the new technology.
• Business Analysis: Create detailed process models, data models, business rules, target operating models, and workflows that are essential for the project’s success.
• Business Impact Analysis: Assess the impact of proposed solutions holistically, supporting the Change Manager with Business Impact Assessments.
• Testing Support: Participate in and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Verification Testing, ensuring that all requirements are met.
• Risk Management: Proactively manage risks, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and escalating any issues or breaches as needed.
