• Leading requirement gathering workshops, interviews, and deep-dive sessions.
• Managing end-to-end functional requirements across the product lifecycle.
• Creating detailed functional tickets with comprehensive acceptance criteria for complex AEM components and templates.
• Collaborating with internal and external teams to develop requirements and anticipate challenges.
• Resolving blockers and unknowns related to requirements and scope.
• Supporting client product owners in finalising requirement details and articulating decisions.
• Transferring completed functional tickets to client BAs and ensuring clarity.
• Assisting in backlog prioritisation aligned with strategic goals.
• Serving as a single point of contact for matters related to scope and decisions.
• Contributing to and participating in all agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and planning.

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Expertise in driving the creation of detailed component and page template specifications within JIRA.
• Proven track record in gathering and managing functional requirements across the product lifecycle.
• Experience in creating detailed functional tickets with comprehensive acceptance criteria for complex AEM components and templates.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and anticipate challenges.
• Proactive in resolving blockers and unknowns related to requirements and scope.
• Strong communication skills to support client product owners and articulate decisions.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and participation in agile ceremonies.
• Ability to prioritize backlog functionality in line with strategic goals and considerations
