Job Title: New Business Senior Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of business initiatives, ensuring alignment with company’s objectives. Manage project timelines, cost, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth. Develop business cases by analyzing data and market needs to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop financial models to evaluate business opportunities, performing detailed financial analysis and valuation to guide decision-making.
• Engage with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to drive project success and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Establish KPI management framework that covers regular performance review with the existing businesses, reporting to the Management team and subsequent follow-up.
• Manage administrative tasks such as handling contracts, agreements, purchase requisition & PO (Purchase Order) processes and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth project.
• Support other value chain projects within the team as needed. This may include M&A activities, such as due diligence and integration processes, if necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, strategy, or corporate finance

• Those with no experience and having solid understanding of business and finance are welcome to apply

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with expertise in feasibility studies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with all levels of stakeholders
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Possess good business acumen
• Open to travel for business
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• Solid background in financial analysis, feasibility studies, and market research is an added advantage
• Knowledge of project planning & management and business/budget planning is an added advantage
• Understanding of the automotive industry’s value chain preferred but not essential
