Our Transformation Office is the central hub that’s driving forward our transformation roadmap, and we’re looking for passionate and collaborative Senior Business Analysts to join our community of practice.
Our team looks after a range of business focused initiatives within the bank, varying in scale and complexity. Although we spend a lot of time with other business units, we are a super friendly bunch who work hard and have a laugh when together.
Within the role, you’ll work across the Kiwibank business with senior stakeholders and have a leader who is flexible and empowers you to get your job done. As a Senior Business Analyst in the team, we’d like you to contribute to our community of practice, and share your knowledge and experience with the team.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:

• Ideally you’re a Senior Business Analyst ready for your next challenge (either business or IT).
• We will also consider you if you are a Business Analyst who can prove that you are already operating at a senior level but maybe without the formal title.
• You’ll be a skilled communicator and have the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
• Proven project & delivery experience is essential, we’re looking for practical skills and not just theory.
• Sometimes you’ll need to be comfortable to challenge people’s thinking - we value a ‘make it happen’ attitude!
