PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Business Analyst, Analytics & Business Intelligence to join our team. This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and analytical teams to support the development and implementation of data-driven solutions.
The Business Analyst (BA) will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their requirements, challenges and identify opportunities for improving business process, supporting strategic decision-making through analytics. The BA will work with data engineers, data stewards, dashboard developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and analytical solutions.
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively translate business needs into technical requirements, as well as being able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data to derive actionable insights and recommendations is a must.
The candidate should understand the basic concepts of dashboard design, data analytics, and have experience with data management, data warehousing, or business intelligence projects.

SKILLS

Must have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science,
Information Systems, or related field.
?? 3-5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in business
intelligence and analytics projects.
?? Strong understanding of data management principles, data warehousing,
and business intelligence concepts.
?? Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, user
stories, and functional specifications.
?? Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or
similar.
?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively
collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
?? Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
?? Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
?? Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
?? Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly.
Nice to have
?? Knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis is a plus.
?? Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or relevant BI tools is a plus.
