• Extensive experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in process modelling tools and techniques.
• Experience with workflow management systems and business process improvement.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools. Experience in the logistics industry or with logistics IT systems is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

YOUR ROLE

As a (Senior) Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the development and optimization of Clink, our groundbreaking workflow management tool for customer onboarding. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders to ensure the seamless alignment of business processes and technical solutions. Your expertise will drive efficiency and innovation, delivering high-quality services to our customers in the air, sea, and road forwarding business.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement in alignment with business requirements.
• Develop and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications for Clink.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
• Lead the business analysis lifecycle from requirements gathering to solution validation, ensuring the delivery of scalable and reliable business solutions.
• Utilize your expertise in process mapping and business modelling to enhance Clink’s capabilities.
• Drive innovation through the adoption of new business analysis methodologies and best practices.
• Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Ensure that process flows are aligned with different stakeholders, emphasizing strong communication skills.
