INTRODUCTION

We are looking for an expert of Analytics & Insights to help us manage and grow our global business at Trip.com. You will be responsible for maximizing Trip.com’s global business, as well as establish Trip.com as a thought-leader in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct integrated analysis of market competition/business performance and generate actionable insights from data-driven perspective.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis to identify key trends of travel products; Test and monitor campaign performance and generate insights to discover new opportunities.
  • Support the exploration and assessments of business optimizations in terms of strategies and executions.
  • Drive product portfolio localization and optimization through delivering the solid analysis on field force effectiveness and issues identification.
  • Develop metrics and trackers to provide timely performance diagnostics to assessment.
  • Support alternative business model advancement and the multi-channel strategy development by collaborating with product, R&D, user research and other cross-function teams.
