  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within ServiceNow environments.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • CSA Certification in ServiceNow is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to collaborate with a diverse teams of experts combine innovative thinking and breakthrough use of technologies to progress. The Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst role will be multifaceted by nature and will have you liaising with internal and external stakeholders alike so communication and collaboration are paramount to your success in this role. The successful Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst will work in the digital team to tackle complex business challenges with transformative digital solutions and thrive in a trust-based, inclusive environment that values excellence and curiosity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements, ensuring that ServiceNow solutions align effectively.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and contribute to the development of custom ServiceNow solutions.
  • Manage and execute the full lifecycle of ServiceNow implementations, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for users on new ServiceNow features and functionalities.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ServiceNow applications.
  • Analyse and report on system performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvements.
