Job Description
** This is an Adelaide based role. Relocation required for candidates outside Adelaide.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in a complex business environment.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies with a track record of driving successful project outcomes.
  • Experience working in Higher Education sector an advantage.
  • Experience working on a mix of business systems and infrastructure projects highly desirable.
  • Proven experience with gathering and documenting current and future state requirements, workshop facilitation, and business case development.
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and software requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
  • Excellent relationship management, interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication, together with experience writing Request for Proposal (RFP) or similar documentation

Responsibilities:

We are seeking expressions of interest from Senior Business Analysts to join our team in Adelaide. In this role, you will partner with clients to translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications, driving successful project outcomes through seamless communication, effective problem-solving, and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities will include business process modelling, gathering and documenting current and future requirements to provide expert advice and guidance as well as designing and implementing business solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders at all levels to develop, manage, and lead relationships, and collaborate with Product Owners to develop and manage backlogs, epics, features, and tasks, ensuring they align with business priorities and delivery objectives.
With a strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes, you’ll be able to provide valuable insights and make a positive impact on our clients’ teams. Most of all, you’ll have strong consulting skills, curiosity and a desire to add value.
