We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Professional Services. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of business processes, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our professional services team by delivering impactful recommendations and solutions tailored to business needs.

• This is a hybrid position working 2x per week in either our Irvine, CA or Phoenix, AZ offices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role, preferably in professional services in a healthcare SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Certifications (Preferred):
  o Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent.
  o Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner).

JOB DUTIES:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales and account management, to define and deliver effective solutions.
• Act as the primary liaison between business units, clients, and technical teams.
• Facilitate data driven presentations and regular training updates to ensure alignment and stakeholder buy-in within the professional services organization.
• Proactively identify professional services project risks and develop mitigation strategies to actively address them in the future.
• Conduct data analysis related to professional services utilization rates, project backlog, and go-live forecasting and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Uncover opportunities to improve processes and outcomes for the professional services organization.
• Administer the professional services project management system to optimize inter-system integrations and improve system utilization and efficacy.
