Our client has an immediate requirement for a commercially saavy Senior Business Analyst to join their Government Entity Technology Services Practice based in Wellington. Your role will include working with teams across the business in a variety of projects, all of which are designed to further enhance the services and capabilities of those teams and what they can offer their customers.

• 5+ years commercial experience working as a Senior Business Analyst across a variety of industry sectors where you have battle scars and a few gems to share with your team
• A strong business acumen and the ability to engage with business stakeholders and users to establish how technology can be used as an enabler for them in their businesses
• An excellent ability to communicate with all levels of an organisation to find out whats working now, and whats not, and formulating a plan to transform
• A high level of motivation and drive and a desire to improve peoples lives
• Strong Business Analysis capabilities across all areas including assessment, current and future process, elicitation of requirements and documentation, and delivery to development teams for execution
