You and your job
As a Business Analyst, you are the link between business stakeholders, architecture, and D&I teams. Your role ensures that the Area D&I develops the capabilities that help Tribe IAM build user-centric and data-driven solutions.
You will work in the D&I Area that builds key building blocks in the data, reporting and analytics space. We are a newly formed area, and your role is key to our success. Together with the area leads and architects, you connect with other areas in the Tribe, structure the requirements and identify key Analytics capabilities to boost our mission. Your success will enable the D&I development teams focus on building the right things. In an agile way of working, you continuously switch between what the customers’ needs and what the team will develop, all while developing yourself.

• Organize conversations with D&I customers to analyze, structure and document requirements
