Key Responsibilities
Performance Analysis
Analyse real estate development organisation performance across technical dimensions.
Evaluate quantitative metrics, including schedule variance, budget performance, and cost indices.
Monitor compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements.
Data Management
Collect and validate performance data across projects and development phases.
Develop and maintain analytical frameworks for performance assessment.
Technical Competencies
Assess construction project metrics, including procurement cost variance, supplier performance, and quality compliance rates.
Evaluate design review processes and certification compliance.
Analyse smart city technology adoption and innovation metrics.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in real estate development analysis or construction project management.
Strong understanding of project performance metrics and construction industry KPIs.
Advanced proficiency in data analytics and statistical analysis tools.
Experience with construction management software and project control systems.
Technical Skills
Expertise in earned value management.
Proficiency in construction cost analysis.
Knowledge of smart city technologies and sustainable development practices will be an advantage.
