Education, Training, and Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role, demonstrating progressively increasing responsibilities.
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and documentation techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business problems into clear and actionable requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to interact effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Experience utilizing software development design tools and processes such as Azure DevOps.
• Project management knowledge and experience are advantageous.
• Certification in business analysis preferred but not required.Certification in agile frameworks preferred but not required

The Senior Business Analyst is a critical role combining deep domain expertise with advanced analytical skills to shape business strategies, drive innovation, and ensure the alignment of technology solutions with overall goals. In this leadership position, you will guide complex projects, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive business success through data-driven insights to complete organizational goals and objectives.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analysis and Documentation: Document complex business processes, requirements, wireframes, and specifications. Uncover opportunities for Improvement.
• Change Management: Assist in change management efforts by communicating changes, impacts, and benefits to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, share insights, and contribute to projects
• Conflict Resolution: Handling conflicts between stakeholders and working to balance competing priorities.
• Data Expertise: Conduct advanced data analysis, modeling, and interpretation to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Demonstrate Functionality: Assist in demoing application functionality to clients and future clients.
• Expectation Management: Regularly managing stakeholder expectations to avoid scope creep or misaligned goals.
• Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, sharing expertise and best practices.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for business process improvement and innovation, making recommendations for enhancements.
• Problem-Solving: Participate in problem-solving activities and contribute ideas to address business challenges.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects, including scope, timeline, and budget management.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to established standards.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports for project tracking and communicate findings and project progress effectively.
• Requirements Gathering and Leadership: Lead and facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders, ensuring a thorough understanding of business needs.
• Research: Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to support decision-making processes.
• Solution Design: Play a key role in the design of innovative solutions that address complex business challenges and align with organizational goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster and maintain strong relationships with subject matter experts.
• Strategic Contribution: Act as a strategic partner, providing insights and analysis to support high-level decision-making and long-term planning.
• Support: Provide support to senior analysts and team members in various phases of analysis.
• User Stories: Write and refine clear and actionable user stories, along with acceptance criteria, to define project requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and stakeholder expectations.
