Senior Business Analyst

REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ experience in a similar role
• Diploma or Degree qualification
• Strong background working in an agile product team in a product management or product owner role
• Ability to think strategically and to communicate a strategic product vision to others
• Experience building and maintaining user personas and product roadmaps
• Experience running design thinking workshops to define user problems and generate innovative potential solutions
• Experience defining and conducting user research
• Excellent communication, collaboration and mentoring skills

• Run user workshops to uncover real user needs in the domain that the product team is focused on
• Create user personas and user journeys to document the user needs
• Translate the unmet needs that have been identified into product backlog items
• Liaise with business and IT stakeholders to build a product vision and product roadmap
• Define a prioritisation framework to allow the most valuable work to be identified for the team
• Create a framework of regular meetings, templates and other activities that define the role of product manager
• Coach and mentor the other staff members over the course of the contrac
