  • Experience of ERP system (SAP)
  • Ability to plan and manage projects and competing deadlines independently
  • Advance experience in Access, Excel, Power Point
  • Advance English Level
  • Submit resume in English

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Senior Sourcing Analyst will provide exceptional sourcing support, performance analysis and reporting, in support of our global sourcing category and commodity teams. This position reports into the Manager, Analytics and Operations, Sourcing COE. This Analyst will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights to drive key business decisions. The ideal candidate for this position is a person with strong analytical and technical skills, an eye for process improvement, and a capacity to communicate effectively and build relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization. This hands-on Analyst plays a central role, within our Sourcing Center of Excellence supporting indirect sourcing, direct materials sourcing, supplier diversity as well as broader corporate initiatives This role will be responsible for developing new reporting capabilities for program metrics and milestones, key performance indicators (KPI), and delivery of all recurring and targeted reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. The Global Sourcing Center of Excellence is a centralized group within Global Sourcing built to provide support throughout the organization via enhanced analyst support, reporting capabilities, and process improvement. The team’s success is built on our ability to deliver accurate high-quality reporting and analytical support in addition to exceptional customer service as product owners. The team has a strong focus on continuous improvement and strives to exceed expectations on every engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively partner with stakeholders to strategize, develop, publish, and enhance key metrics reports and scorecards, supporting the reporting needs of all levels of management.
  • Manage timely execution and delivery of existing monthly reporting including progress reports against plan, savings contributions to company profitability and overall spend management reporting.
  • Support all elements of Spend Analytics reporting such as taxonomy updates, effective and accurate mapping of data from disparate systems and sources, and supplier diversity programs.
  • Proactively manage risks for errors, identify root-cause for any technical or process issues and drive their efficient resolution.
  • Leverage subject matter expertise to ensure data integrity and advise on best practices for data utilization to empower accurate and well-informed decision making on key business objectives for all stakeholders.
  • Support global system implementations for Supplier.IO and SAP S4 by providing subject matter expertise, managing effective completion of requirements, and managing tool integration into existing reporting solutions.
  • Conduct ad-hoc/targeted reporting as directed by stakeholder groups.
  • Provide excellent sourcing analysis, performing market, industry, and supplier research; category/commodity specialization; opportunity Identification; contract analysis; auctions; and competitive bids.
  • Perform RFP and pricing analytics in support of supplier negotiations.
  • Conduct commodity / category specific performance analysis and reporting, monthly reports, cost modeling, and spend/supplier data cleanse and maintenance.
