Senior Business Analyst

We are opening a position of Senior Business Analyst to join our client’s team.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, challenge status quo, and mapping details of current “As Is” processes to understand the scope of existing processes and systems and identify opportunities to achieve optimization (simplification, standardization, and digitalization).

RESPONSABILITIES

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse and document business requirements related to the process assigned
• Lead workshops and meetings to facilitate requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to document existing processes and potentially “To be” processes.
• You will need to work independently across distributed teams at different levels of the organization.
• You will leverage your deep understanding of business processes to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and drive business valu
• Min. 10 years experience in Business Analysis.
• Experience in BPM (Business Process Management) for modelling, improvement and for support to the specification of solutions
• Experience in data modelling is a strong asset.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions / UX design concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Fluent English proficiency is mandatory, French a big advantage.
• Experience leading workshops, meetings, and presentations to drive consensus and decisionmaking from a UX perspective.
• Ability to deal with multiple competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions
