PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following:

• More than 5 years in the IT industry, with the last 3 years working as Business Analyst;
• Experience with project tracking and reporting tools;
• Strong communication skills;
• Experience with ADO and reporting tools will be a plus.

SCOPE OF THE ROLE:

This role will have the challenge of supporting the tactical management of the Gen AI program and process improvements opportunities.

Principales responsibilities

• Support the tactical management on the change strategy. Propose new pathways for GenAI tools and processes, develop communications materials for delivery teams
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and or bottlenecks to improve performance
• Administrations of licenses and accesses of Gen AI
