EXPERIENCE:

• University Degree (or equivalent education with experience)
• Minimum of 4 years BA experience, complimented by 2 years Agile experience
• Minimum of 2 years client management experience
• Experience using and/or delivering healthcare information management solutions.
• Experience implementing EHR solutions and working a healthcare environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven understanding of IT integration and software development principles.
• Intermediate or Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office applications
• Familiar with the following; mobile applications, Saas, web technologies, wireframes, HTML mock-ups, Functional Documentation
• Analytical problem solving in relation to clinical systems
• Demonstrated high degree of professionalism and initiative with the ability to adapt quickly to change
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with time constraints and multiple concurrent critical operational responsibilities and project assignments.

Business & Technical Requirements-50%

• Meet with customers and prospects to analyze and document business requirements.
• Maintain knowledge and expertise in all of VitalHub solutions.
• Understand business processes and business requirements.
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of clinical systems, as well as how these systems support customer/user workflow.
• Understand the importance of integrating the various solutions.
• Participate in the evolution of VitalHub’s roadmap.
• Conduct product demonstrations.
• Translate business processes and business requirements into specific software requirements.
• Provide input to technical teams on software design

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business & Technical Requirements-50%

• Meet with customers and prospects to analyze and document business requirements.

Project Execution-25%

• Provide expert advice in relation to the system implementation and help with requirements gathering, workflow analyst, testing, issue resolution, Go Live, and post Go Live support.
• Leverage analytical skills to think “outside the box” to solve problems related to mapping customer requirements to maximize VitalHub’s technology and minimize the need to custom software development.
• Support pre-release testing (includes preparation and review of test plans and cases for both functional and regression testing).
• Prepare standard assessment documentations for all platform under VitalHub as the solution expert.
• Coordinate with the PM and PMO by interpreting external requirement (government documents, client communications) and translate into internal functional specifications for sign-offs and internal development, QA and support; Document functional specification and scripts; Prepare Quick Reference Guides and workflow documentation for client training.
• When required to participate in conducting training sessions.
• Provide support in configuring Vitalhub solutions to meet project SOW and milestones.

Communication -25%

• Effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional and support requirements.
• Provide interface between business units, technology teams and support teams.
