About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • day to day file management of insolvency appointments (from start to finish)
  • preparation of statutory lodgements
  • liaising with directors, employees, creditors, and other stakeholders
  • collection and investigation into records
  • drafting of reports and preparation of creditors meetings
  • investigations into insolvent trading, voidable transactions and offences committed by officers
  • attending sites to inspect, collect and record assets, books, and records
  • assisting with Fair Entitlements Guarantee claims and calculating employee entitlements
