  Our Sydney CBD team are looking for an experienced Senior Business Banking Manager to join the team with particular focus is on Proprietary originated transactions.
  We need someone who strives to achieve the best outcomes for our customers. As an experienced Senior Business Banking Manager, you will manage relationships with clients and your immediate team and have a strong focus on developing good referral sources, community links and new business partnerships for this diverse portfolio.

• Strong prior demonstrated experience within business banking and/or credit assessment.
• Comprehensive understanding of business and commercial practices with significant emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment and control experience.
• Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally.
• A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk.
• Business related degree and/or post-graduate professional qualification is preferred.
