We were started up by Michael Ribaudo and Andy Pinnington in 2016 and now have offices in the United Kingdom, South Africa, Netherlands, Australia, and the Philippines – and we currently have approximately 170 employees globally.
About this role
As a Senior Business Consultant at CyberIAM, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to provide world-class IAM and PAM consulting services. You will work closely with our clients, assessing their business needs, and designing and implementing IAM and PAM solutions that align with their strategic goals.

What you’ll do

• Collaborating with clients to understand their unique business challenges and objectives.
• Providing expert guidance on SailPoint and CyberArk solutions, ensuring they are tailored to meet client requirements.
• Developing and delivering recommendations, strategies, and IAM/PAM solutions.
• Evaluating and optimising existing business processes and technology solutions.
• Leading workshops, meetings, and presentations to convey your expertise in IAM and PAM.
• Translating technical concepts into business terms and facilitating communication between IT and business stakeholders.
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in IAM and PAM.

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have

• 5+ years of experience as a business consultant, with a strong emphasis on IAM and PAM.
• Proven experience in implementing SailPoint and CyberArk solutions.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex business challenges.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, enabling effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project management skills and the capability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Professional certifications in IAM and PAM technologies are advantageous.

• You are results-driven with a keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while working both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
