• You analyse the challenges and issues potential existing customers face and how their products or services can address those needs.
• You are responsible for identifying qualified leads who may have an interest in their company’s products or services.
• You identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products or services to existing commercial customers, thereby driving revenue growth.
• You work closely with various internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination in delivering solutions to strategic customers.
• You set performance goals for the team and individual team members, monitor progress regularly and provide feedback to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
• You regularly report to higher management on team performance, customer feedback, and key strategic initiatives.
