Implementing our software by way of high-quality projects is at the core of what we do. To introduce our software to our clients, business consultants are essential to us.
In the role of Senior Business Consultant specializing in Accounting and Operations, your participation will be instrumental in the expansion of our market unit and in advancing the outcomes of our clients’ projects.
You will normally be working full-time on implementation projects, which require your special expertise in the financial instruments area, and you will be responsible for all aspects of the project stream.
You will act as an important sparring partner for your clients and effectively monitor, coordinate, and escalate issues as needed.

What you will be responsible for

  • Responsibility for major parts of SimCorp Dimension® implementation projects: You know the customers‘ requirements and processes as well as the lifecycle processes of financial instruments at banks, asset managers and insurers and outline solutions for optimal use of SimCorp Dimension®
  • Close cooperation with the project manager and key role in developing projects to success
  • Key contact for our customers for all questions in connection with SimCorp Dimension®
  • Instruct and mentor less experienced colleagues on the job
  • Prepare requirement specifications for enhancements to our product management
  • Identify opportunities to offer tailored services beyond the project scope to our customers in your role as a trusted advisor
  • Contribute to improving best practices for implementation processes and promote topics across projects
  • Actively participate in know-how exchange with colleagues on an international level

What we value

  • Degree in economics/finance, mathematics/computer science or similar qualification
  • More than 10 years of experience
  • Work experience with Investments and Accounting as a Senior Business Analyst or Senior Consultant from banks, asset managers, insurers or consulting firms
  • Ideally, you have SimCorp Dimension® experience or you are familiar with implementing financial software
  • You are consistently appreciative and client-oriented with a positive can-do mindset and an above-average energy level.
  • Team spirit and a desire to share your knowledge
  • High communication and consulting skills and a high degree of commercial awareness, customer orientation and quality consciousness
  • Fluency in English, and other European language skills are considered a valuable skill
  • Willingness to travel
