QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Commerce or related field.
• 3 to 10 years of experience in providing data analytics or BI solutions.
• Proficiency in PowerBI, Tablueau or QLIK will be considered an advantage.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
• Ability to work with engineers to solve technical problems.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Senior Business Data Analyst at Axis Data, you will lead the development and deployment of BI and data solutions, leveraging Palantir’s Foundry platform to support and implement solutions. This position requires a combination of data, BI, and client engagement skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, build, and optimize data solutions and applications using Palantir Foundry
• Implement dashboards and applications to solve client needs.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored data solutions.
• Take ownership of client engagements and solutions to ensure clients love what we deliver.
• Provide data leadership and troubleshoot complex data-related issues.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and development of delivery practices at Axis Data.
• Deliver professional communication to clients and team members
