Description:

This role is responsible for the maintenance & support of Community Manager & Social Media Content Creator (Bilingual Spanish/English)
At theHRchapter, we are seeking a Senior Business Developer Consultant with a strong focus on tender processes and a proven ability to build strategic networks within the HR industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing new business opportunities, attending industry events, leveraging cold calling strategies, and using CRM tools like HubSpot to automate contact management and lead generation. Experience in the Human Resources (HR) sector is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consultancy roles, ideally within the HR or recruitment industries.
  • Specialist knowledge of public tender processes, including experience with government tenders and procurement/preferred supply process.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and managing strategic networks.
  • Strong experience in cold calling, prospecting, and building relationships with C-level executives.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, including experience with automation, lead tracking, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to travel for events, meetings, and conferences as required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working within HR services or related industries (staffing, recruitment, talent management, etc.).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation techniques.
  • Strong understanding of the public procurement landscape and regulations in different markets.
