Description:

Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive
Job Summary: The Senior Business Development Executive is responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding the company’s market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the industry, excellent networking abilities, and proven success in sales and business development. Experience in the UAE market and a valid UAE driving license are essential.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the UAE market.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement business growth plans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity in the UAE.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in B2B business development or managing high-value accounts.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Strong network within the UAE and regional markets.
  • Experience working with senior executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of business development strategies to drive growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets within the UAE and internationally.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for major clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on business development performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build the company’s reputation and generate leads.
