We are seeking a driven and dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to lead our revenue growth in Singapore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for education, an entrepreneurial spirit, and an enthusiasm for providing innovative learning platforms to schools. This role requires a creative, resourceful, independent, motivated, and results-oriented individual.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree from a reputable institution.
  • Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the education sector.
  • Highly resourceful, motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Cheerful, cooperative, and proactive attitude.
  • Goal-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with educational institutions, providing tailored solutions for their curricular and co-curricular needs.
  • Manage inquiries and provide comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities.
  • Maintain proactive relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Consistently exceed targeted sales objectives.
  • Deliver market insights and real-world intelligence to the marketing department.
  • Prepare and present detailed weekly and monthly sales reports.
