Description:

Axamit is expanding its business activity on the European market. We are looking for a highly competitive person with a strong background in sales of IT services in the EMEA region.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required);
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving goals, including demonstrated ability to effectively sell software and/or IT services;
  • Excellent knowledge of Software Development workflow and challenges;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools;
  • Flexibility of traveling for face-to-face meetings with clients;
  • Experience with the Adobe product line will be a plus;
  • Being fluent in English/Polish both spoken and written is mandatory

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers, competitors, and market opportunities;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects into the sales pipeline;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Work closely with the client to identify business requirements, and define service requirements for new services;
  • Administer the day-to-day management of the relationship between client and development team;
  • Proactively soliciting feedback from prospect on their current and future needs;
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and achievements;
  • Participate in negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to secure profitable deals and partnerships;
  • Ensure the availability of sales collateral and marketing material that supports the sales efforts.
