As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to help grow our network and support more companies in advancing their sustainability goals.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in Milkywire’s growth by driving efforts to enhance our market positioning, identifying new growth opportunities, and building strategic partnerships with businesses that are committed to advancing their environmental targets.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Identify and cultivate high-value growth opportunities by engaging with key stakeholders at target companies.
- Create and implement strategies to strengthen Milkywire’s market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with executives and senior decision-makers, aligning Milkywire’s solutions with their sustainability and climate goals.
- Demonstrate how Milkywire’s offerings help clients meet their climate and biodiversity targets, guiding them from initial engagement to agreement.
- Establish strategic partnerships with potential collaborators to enhance sales efforts and broaden market reach.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging challenges, and competitor offerings.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a strong background in business development and a deep understanding of corporate sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in building relationships and driving growth in complex markets.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, ideally within multi-stakeholder or complex environments.
- Proven ability to consistently drive growth and exceed targets in dynamic markets.
- Deep understanding of corporate sustainability and climate action, with the expertise and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to uncover opportunities and address client needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building trust with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills; fluency in additional languages such as Swedish, German, or French is a plus.
- High integrity and a genuine commitment to driving positive environmental impact
