As we move into the next phase of growth we are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team.
With ever-increasing investment in sampling the market is ripe for disruption so the role provides an exciting opportunity to help brands navigate the transition to digital sampling globally - and reap the personal rewards of doing so.

  • CPG Knowledge: Understand the CPG industry and marketing strategies
    French or German speaking would be a bonus! (But not compulsory)

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate Relationships: Reach out to potential clients and build strong connections
  • Engage Stakeholders: Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Identify Opportunities: Create, manage, and win new business opportunities
  • Assist Onboarding: Support smooth client onboarding with the Campaign Management team
  • Stay Informed: Keep up with industry news to understand client pressures
  • Understand Motivations: Develop insights into stakeholder goals and priorities
  • Present Proposals: Develop and present compelling business cases
  • Manage Pipeline: Oversee opportunities from discovery to commitment
  • Close Deals: Engage senior stakeholders and secure long-term commitments
  • Introduce Concepts: Sell new ideas and overcome objections confidently
