Create and implement effective business growth strategies for corporate training services.
Consultative approach to build strong client relationships with decision makers to understand their training needs, and ensure top-notch service delivery.
Generate new leads (B2B), screen potential business opportunities, negotiate contracts to meet client training requirements, and win the deals.
Collaborate with the Corporate Training team for smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance, forecast revenue, and provide reports to management.
Research market trends & develop a professional network within the corporate training sector to stay updated on industry trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
3+ years proven experience in business development / AM within corporate training or professional development.
Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in CRM software, Zoho, Excel, and other relevant tools for providing insights.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Leadership experience for mentoring junior staff.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
