Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform the analysis of the current processes;
  • Document future business processes by producing process maps and descriptions;
  • Communicate the analysis results and proposed changes to the Stakeholders;
  • Lead elicitation sessions and apply various techniques to get a more in-depth understanding of the problems;
  • Actively participate in a full development/project implementation cycle;
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback;
  • Participate in various transformation projects.

Experience

  • Relevant Business Excellence/Transformation analyst experience.

Skills

  • Proficient in PowerPoint/Word/Excel/Visio;
  • Innovative mindset with rigorous standards of quality;
  • Analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Visualization skills using Power BI;
  • Confident in conducting structured business interviews and workshops;
  • Strong stakeholder management.

Education

  • Minimum 2:1 degree.
