Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform the analysis of the current processes;
- Document future business processes by producing process maps and descriptions;
- Communicate the analysis results and proposed changes to the Stakeholders;
- Lead elicitation sessions and apply various techniques to get a more in-depth understanding of the problems;
- Actively participate in a full development/project implementation cycle;
- Provide timely and constructive feedback;
- Participate in various transformation projects.
Experience
- Relevant Business Excellence/Transformation analyst experience.
Skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint/Word/Excel/Visio;
- Innovative mindset with rigorous standards of quality;
- Analytical and problem solving skills;
- Visualization skills using Power BI;
- Confident in conducting structured business interviews and workshops;
- Strong stakeholder management.
Education
- Minimum 2:1 degree.
