Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Administrator that will participate in setting up and testing new and migrated Fund Documents for doing Alternative investment trades, troubleshooting, and liaising with Vendors for Alternative applications, and alternative reporting.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the operations of a specific business line
  • Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
  • Manage requests for community relations events, sponsorships, company funding, volunteer activities, and special programs
  • Perform business operations that are administrative in nature
  • Facilitate efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and escalate concerns related to the assigned operation
  • Provide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to key business partners
  • Coordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies
  • Interact with immediate Strategy and Execution colleagues on operational initiatives
  • Provide support for a variety of diverse support functions for multiple business groups or a specific line of business

Job Expectations:

  • Assist with the Alternative Investment onboarding for each firm supported product
  • Support firm-supported Alternative Investment reporting
  • Coordination with other business units (legal, risk, compliance, sales, operations) to address business support matters
  • Liaise with distribution channel partners to accurately report alternative investments
  • Assist with special projects related to business support initiatives
  • Assisting with vendor management
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously.

Alternative Investments (AI) is a division of WFII that administers and/or manages proprietary and non-proprietary alternative investment products and services including; hedge funds, managed futures, commodities, private equity, private debt and private real estate offerings.
The Alternative Investments (AI) Business Support Consultant will be part of the AI team. The primary responsibilities are to facilitate trade management operations, documentation, and technical support for a variety of complex alternative investment financial products.
