Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to support the Consumer Data Product team’s Risk & Controls function. In this position, the Senior Business Execution Consultant will support the Data Product team as they stand-up and maintain business processes to effectively manage risk. Representative tasks may include designing and documenting business process and accompanying controls, conducting in-line testing to ensure ongoing compliance with controls, providing training and education to Product teams, and providing business support for assessments conducted by internal second and third line teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Job Expectations:

  • Candidate must reside within a reasonable commute to one of the site locations; however, the position is eligible to work from home in a hybrid model.
  • Must be available to work a hybrid model where you will be working in office 3 days a week and 2 days at home a week (subject to change based on business need).
  • Position is not sponsorship eligible.
