You need to be an excellent Business Functional Analyst, communicator and feel comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels within the client organization in an empathic and considerate way. You must have proven experience in analyzing business needs and translating them into requirements.x

T echnically, we are looking for:

  • Deep understanding of products and processes for Private Banking customers
  • Experience in Functional Analysis , Private Banking, Wealth Management
  • Experience on database concepts, SQL, ETL, BI solutions, data analytics
  • Experience working closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts for translating business requirements into technical requirements
  • Be the key actor in writing & conducting UAT test cases and, in case required, train the stakeholders
  • Validate requirements, UAT Testing & User Training (if required): you will validate e2e requirements via reviews, walkthroughs, and demo.
  • Translate business needs by creating models, diagrams, presentations and other documentations that support the target audience to understand the business requirements
  • Facilitate communication at team level in order to create consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions
  • Proactively Identify risks / issues that might affect squad’s overall health
  • Demonstrates experience in understanding the business process design
  • Customer and service oriented to support interaction with team resources and clients, actively engages stakeholders to build an understanding of the requirements

A s Chapter Lead

  • Lead and Develop: Guide and mentor our analysis Chapters promoting continuous improvement and innovation. Promote and develop best practices in business analysis within chapter and across chapters.
  • Strategic oversight: Ensure alignment with organization goals and a close partnership with the respective Tribe domain structure.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other Chapter Leads, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to ensure common chapter alignment to best practices and standards by one hand and ensure delivery of high-quality analysis by the other hand to contribute positively to the Tribe domain KPIs.
  • People management: performance management, career development, training plans for chapter members

P referred experience:

  • Database experience and advanced SQL skills
  • MIS reporting skills
