• Requirements Gathering and Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to gather, document, and analyse detailed requirements for software solutions.
• Technical Documentation : Create clear and detailed documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and system specifications.
• Solution Design and Validation : Work closely with developers to design software solutions that meet business needs and validate those solutions through testing and user feedback.
• Stakeholder Communication : Act as a bridge between users and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring all parties are aligned.
• Process Improvement : Continuously assess and optimize software development processes, incorporating feedback and adjusting to changing market conditions or user needs.
• Production Support : Assess production incidents, investigate causes, and provide solutions whenever possible, as well as analysing errors and identifying solutions to fix them.
