Description:
As a Senior Business HR Manager at Medix Biochemica, you will play a pivotal role in supporting business growth and shaping our organizational culture. Your key responsibilities will include:
- BU HR role: supporting the growth of the business unit (‘s)
- Drive One Medix culture globally
- Drive global strategic HR projects and initiatives
As the HR Business Partner for Medix Biochemica BU(s) you will collaborate closely with the leader and management of the Business Unit to facilitate growth and ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives, working in partnership with the HR team.
Champion One Medix culture globally, by
- developing strategies for and leading the internal communication, as well as external HR communication
- driving People and Culture integration, as per need, as part of our integration processes along with our M&As.
- promoting One Medix Company culture
Strategic HR Initiatives: Drive global HR projects and initiatives that align with evolving business priorities to foster a high-performance culture.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive experience in a senior HR role, emphasizing business partnership, employee engagement, and cultural integration.
- Proven track record in aligning HR strategies with business goals to drive results in dynamic, growing organizations, demonstrating accountability and a sense of ownership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and engage employees at all levels by effectively communicating the ‘Why’ behind initiatives. Fluency in English.
- A strong can-do attitude, balancing hands-on execution with strategic oversight.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, including Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Onboarding, Performance Management, and Leadership Development, prioritizing customer-centric solutions.
- Strong business planning and management skills, with a proven ability to balance short and long-term growth while maintaining high integrity.
- Assertive interpersonal skills that foster positive relationships with diverse stakeholders, driving change and fostering agility and resilience across the organization.
- High integrity, reinforcing sustainable leadership practices.
- Analytical and decisive, with the ability to adapt and thrive in complex, changing environments while multitasking effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and a capacity for rapid learning.
- Experience in fast-paced global organizations, with a history of leading change and inspiring others.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to influence and provide leadership.
- Leads with an outside-in mindset, bringing context and inspiration to the team.
