EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- 5+ years of experience working in business intelligence teams within a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced SQL skills to navigate our databases with ease.
- Experience with dbt to drive data handling efficiency and automation.
- Experience with standard business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Strong communication skills and skillful stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
As Senior Business Intelligence Manager (f/m/d), you will be responsible for spearheading BI at Orbem.
You will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, our data platform team, data engineers and domain knowledge experts to deep-dive into our data and deliver business value.
This is a unique opportunity to shape how Orbem makes use of the vast amounts of data we generate.
In your role, you will be the first fully dedicated person working on creating business value through data. Specifically, you will:
- Understand business needs across different domains by engaging with decision-makers and experts.
- Align and build dashboards to be used for reporting and decision-making.
- Work on making our data more accessible through the use of proper tools and active communication.
- Dive deep into Orbem’s tooling and data management landscape to understand and navigate dependencies.
- Proactively propose and deliver analyses to create transparency across the business.
- Handle ad-hoc requests in high quality and within the specified SLAs.
- Closely align and interact with our Data Platform team to ensure seamless processing and usage of data across the company
